Migrate Computers from your Groups to Device Management

Good morning,

I have a couple computers that are appearing under my "Groups" rather than under the organization's "Device Managment" section. How can I force these to migrate to the "Device Management" section? I've already signed into TeamViewer under settings on each of these devices.

This happened with a few other computers on a different TeamViewer account, but I was prompted by TeamViewer to automatically migrate those from My Groups to Device Management. I'm not having the same experience with this account.

For the one account with the device migration difficulty, you should be able to manually request the migration of the devices in the Management Console as shown in the video:

Hey, Carol,

Sorry for the late response, but I don't have a "Migration Required" option on the left, as instructed by the video. Does that mean my permissions are insufficient or is this a feature I don't have for some reason?

On your device list, do the groups show a green icon or a gray icon?

If they are already migrated they will display in the green icon group.
