Temaviewer VPN can not acces an IP in the remote network

I use in the own computer: VMware Windows 10, the remote computer Windows 10.

The remote computer has a LAN interface connected to a fritz box with a fixed IP 192.168.178.179. In this WLAN Network i can PING the adress 192.168.178.75 on the desctop of the remote computer.

I can successfully create a VPN connection to the remote computer.

I can PING the adress 192.168.178.179

In the remote computer i have changed the registry:

I also enabled and activated the service

But on the own computer i can PING 192.168.178.179 but not the adress 192.168.178.75.

Any ideas?
