TeamViewer Remote Access Can't Activate (

Hello, I recently just purchased the TeamViewer Remote Access but when I'm trying to activate it, it says "Sorry, the license couldn't be activated. There is another license on the account. Please contact us". However when I check my teamviewer, it still says I'm using the FREE version. Hopefully this will be fixed soon or else I want my money back

    Did you have any luck with this? I have the same problem and because it says I have a free account, I am unable to raise a ticket for this paid product.

    Ridiculous. Please help, Teamviewer!
