Hello,
I recently installed the latest version of TeamViewer on my dad's computer running Windows 10, which I manage to keep him safe. I did set it up to grant easy access and assigned my username and password on his machine.
However, I am not able to connect to his machine to manage things. I know that TeamViewer is running and is set up to start when Windows starts up.
I did see a message saying "Migration Needed" for that system on this support site. I am not sure how to get back to that point and decipher what it is trying to say.
I appreciate any and all help I can receive to diagnose and fix the problem.
