Personal devices limit reached when enabling remote access

I recently reloaded my Windows 11 laptop. I go to try to set up remote access on this computer, which had it enabled before reloading, and I get this error.

How do I clear this, so I can re-establish remote access on the computer that originally had it?

I have the exact same question and the exact same scenario. Looks like I'll be using an alternative solution
