Prevent teamviewer.exe, tv_w32.exe and tv_x64.exe with every RDS session?

Trying to conserve memory on our remote desktop/terminal/RDS server and see that teamview.exe, tv_w32.exe and tv_x64.exe start with each user that logs in. Is there a way to turn that off?
