In order to disable the auto-renewal of your subscription license, it is required to submit the requests for cancellation via support tickets at least 28 days before the renewal date.

Please also know that the activation of the customer portal is needed for the first access to the customer portal. If you face any technical difficulties on the customer portal, we also suggest raising the concern to our support team.
