I already registered for the free account as instructed and even signed in but the app on my android tablet will not allow me to access my desktop which has a Windows OS on it. I even added the login to the TeamViewer Host app on my desktop so that it is managed by the free account I setup but it still is not letting me access.
Any ideas why this issue is happening?
