I bought a TeamViewer Remote license for approx $(removed following the Community Guidelines) a year and I'm still being frequently timed-out. Why?

Have you done the license activation with your TeamViewer account after the purchase? We have prepared the license activation guide - Activate and set up your Remote Access license. Check again with this article and please remember to sign in the licensed account in TeamViewer before starting any remote connection. At the same time, one more checkup is to update TeamViewer to the latest version if you are not running the latest one.
I hope it works with the licensed signed in account and see you again with some positive news!
