I have TeamViewer (latest version available) running on two computers. When I open TeamViewer, it says the computer on the other side of my home office requires an update. However, when I go to the remote computer, it says TeamViewer is up to date.
Then, when I try to use TeamViewer to remotely access the computer that supposedly needs an update, TeamViewer crashes. I can see that the remote computer has opened a TeamViewer session, but the connection is never fully established. The local TeamViewer shows authentication is complete, displays the "Starting remote session" screen, then crashes with no error messages.
Any ideas on how to proceed?
