I have paid subscription fee but it keeps saying i am using a free account and being blocked

Please know that it is required to activate the TeamViewer license with your TeamViewer account after purchasing the TeamViewer license.
To activate your TeamViewer license, the activation link is needed. Could you please check your email inbox to locate the activation link which is sent out as the purchase email from TeamViewer?
