I am trying to start a Session on a brand new iPad and I'm getting the error message "Not ready. Please check your connection." A red dot shows on the left of the message. I have a free account and only use Teamviewer to help a friend. Any ideas how to fix it?
My iPad is connected to the internet, so that’s not the problem. Is there some other kind of “connection” I need to check?
I’ve been successfully using Sessions on a MacBook Pro for several months with the same free account.
Any help would be great, thanks!
