Teamviewer access blocked
I have bought & paid for a new licence. I have activated the licance. My Teamviewer profile STILL shows "Free" an now I am blocked. This is so **bleep** frustrating if you have urgent work to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome and thank you for your first post.
We understand your frustration because you´ve already activated your license and you still see yourself as a free user. At this point, our advice would be to update TeamViewer to the latest version available on our website. For this please click on the following link
- If you´re using the old interface: Update TeamViewer (Classic)
- If you´re using the new interface: Update TeamViewer.
Once the app is updated, please log in with your TeamViewer account (email and password) and you will see that your license is active in the upper right corner of the app.
