I bought a 1 user plan but I cannot log in to this plan.

I used a free account before. I bought a 1 user plan 11 days ago but when I log in still it showed my free account and limited remote access. How can I use my 1 user plan?

    Please know that it is required to activate the TeamViewer license with your TeamViewer account after purchasing the TeamViewer license.

    To activate your TeamViewer licensethe activation link is needed. Could you please check your email inbox to locate the activation link which is sent out as the purchase email from TeamViewer?

    Once you can confirm the activation link, you are ready to take the activation procedure: please visit the following article and select the TeamViewer license that you purchased to find a suitable activation process with your license: 📄License Activation Guides

    Upon to activation, licensed connections can be established after signing in with your licensed TeamViewer account!
