TeamViewer Quick Support logout issue

When attempting to establish a connection with TeamViewer Quick Support, I notice that it automatically logs me out within approximately 5 minutes. However, when I attempt to connect using the fully installed version of TeamViewer, the session remains active.
Could this be attributed to the fact that I am using the free software, and would upgrading to a paid version resolve this issue?
