No UAC

Hi,
We are a MSP company and when connect to one of our customers users devices there is no UAC so we are unable to carry out any admin tasks. UAC is not coming up with either connecting using user session user ID and password as well as when we choose our Windows Admin credentials.
That's the screen we get
Can anyone please assist?
