Set up remote access on this device is greyed out. Unable to add new device.

I have purchased team viewer license but I am unable to add one of my laptop in devices. After clicking the Add device button, Set up remote access on this device is greyed out. I am unable to select this. Is there is any admin setting I need to activate?
