Order Under Review No License Activation Email

I have been waiting hours for my license activation email and still have not received it. I was able to set up the customer portal. I received an email saying that my order is under review as my information needs to be verified. The email asks me to reply to it, but my replies are rejected. I cannot submit a ticket for customer service. I need to activate my license ASAP. Please help
