This account is for personal use. I have waited an hour for the email and checked my junk/spam folders. I cannot use the chat support service. I cannot find another avenue to open a ticket. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

It can happen that the reception of trusted devices emails have some delays. As you have already double-checked the spam and junk folder, we recommend adding the TeamViewer domain to your email server-allowed list like this: *@teamviewer.com
Please give it another try, and let us know if you still not receiving the trust device email!
