Hi all,

I was wondering how I can delete Teamviewer accounts?

My issue is I have lost my 2 factor authentication...

Any ideas would be great.

Happy to have your first post in our Community!

To delete your account, first you have to deactivate the two factors authentication with the 16 digits code the system gave you when you activate it, following the steps describe in the link below:

📃Deactivate Two-Factor Authentication

In case you didn´t save the code, you can write to privacy@teamviewer.com, explaining your case and requesting that you want to delete your account.
