Hello,

The Teamviewer business plan I purchased has not arrived for 2 days.

You sent me an e-mail saying we want to verify your information, I am replying to the e-mail. None of your e-mail addresses are working. My emails are not forwarded to you.

Buying a digital product shouldn't be this difficult !

    By the way, don't direct me to the activation guide.

    It is of no use. Because I did not receive an e-mail for activation.

    For cases like yours, where the license isn't activated because you didn't receive the activation email, it's necessary to call our support team directly. If the language of your country isn't supported, you will be directed to speak in English with one of our attendees.

    I tried to talk to someone from the English team and he directed me to the Turkish team. No one from the Turkish team answered the phone. The Turkish employee at live support is also unhelpful and tells me to send an e-mail to contact@teamviewer.com.

    I send an e-mail but it doesn't arrive. I opened a support ticket, I reply to the e-mail but it is not delivered.

    We're really sorry to hear you couldn't get this issue resolved via phone.

    Regarding the emails, please make sure you have the TeamViewer domain (@teamviewer.com) in the allowed list of your email server.
    Regarding the ticket you created, could you please private message me the ticket number?
