I also have this problem. I am using version 12.0.259192 on the remote computer.
Until two days ago I could access the host, now I get the message “the remote teamviewer is running an old version”.
In the meantime I have updated the version on the host, also to version 12.0.259192, but I still get the same message.
Access to other host computers still works without any problems.
What can I do?
