I would like to know a few more details about your issue to give a proper suggestion for troubleshooting.

Are you referring to just opening the TeamViewer application on MacOS and attempting to zoom in/out?

How are you attempting to zoom in/out? Scroll wheel on a mouse?

Are you remoting into a MacOS device and trying to zoom in/out during the remote session on the endpoint device?
