about the password
So, I can get on TeamViewer and have a ID but the Password section is blank how do I fix this I'm not really good with technology. Also, I have updated the programs on my laptop and computer, and it still kicks me out like anywhere from 20 to 30 min.

Welcome to our Community and thanks for your questions!Regarding the ID and Password section showing blank, this could be an internet connection issue. Try to restart the TeamViewer service as well as check the internet connection on your device.
