Purchased remote access and the app still says free version

So I previously had a business license but did not renew as I was not using it any more. Now I have a need for it again but this time purchased a remote access license. I can't activate the license. It gives me a error when I follow the link from the email. The app on my pc says it's a free license but I've paid for remote access. I can't activate it via the link in the email. Apparently because I'm a free user I'm not entitled to phone support. Well someone better resolve this issue quickly because I've paid for a license and can't activate it. Can't even obtain support. Pretty disappointed really. Been a customer for a few years now.

Same problem i am facing. Team viewer is not fair. It is almost like next to cheating. At least two phone support should be provided through the license period. Won't recommend to friend
