option key problem at macos to raspberry pi connection
Hello, I am using teamviewer 15.57.5 on macos sonoma 14.6.1. I connect to Raspberry Pis with 32 bit Raspberry Pi OS operating system from this computer.
When the connection is first established, I can work without any problems. However, after a while, the Option key on the MacBook keyboard starts to act as if it is pressed (The mouse moves on the host computer but does not click. The enter key on the keyboard does not work). The problem is fixed by waiting for a while, but then the same problem occurs again. If I disconnect and reconnect, it works normally for a short time, then the same problem occurs again.
I have connected to dozens of different Raspberry Pis, I have the same problem on all of them. I have previously communicated the problem to the teamviewer support team by chatting, but they did not understand the problem.
Please someone help....
