problem connection with iPhone

hi from today my mobile don't connect with TeamViewer

the divide is online but the phone continue to try to connect but no answer. somebody have already have this problem ? do u know how to solve?

    What is the status of iphone iOS 12.4.1 unable to connect to my home iMac 27 inch 5k Retina Display with message “Unable to connect.A connection could not be established. Reason unknown. The iMac Team Viewer is working fine to connect to another iMac.
    Please someone there give me the fix.

    Cannot delete and reinstall because the requirement changed to iOS 15. Cannot upgrade until 2028!!!!!!

    THIRD REQUEST> NO RESPONSE.
