How am I supposed to get into my licensed account, when you are not sending the password reset email

I am trying to get into my support account for my work. I am trying to set a password, but I never get the e-mail. I try to contact support, but only licensed users are allowed to do that. Great … oh wait, I can't log in. Are you kidding? Send me the e-mail.
