Host & Client Control of Mouse & Desktop

When I remote into a desktop, I have full access. The client is unable to use his mouse. How can I set it up to allow both of us to use the mouse or how can I give up control for the client to use the mouse and then hand back the control to remote user? Thank you in advance.
