Unable to connect Reason unknown
I have the free version and only use personally Playing Fair
Used it for many months with same configuration
Remote Win 7 Toshiba
Host iPad gen 9
TP link router
AltaFiber ISP
Recently changed to Spectrum ISP
Now I get the error above
Called Spectrum not much help
I mention “bridge” they said that was not a function of the cable modem, but a function of the router.
They pointed to the router or Team Viewer as potential sources of the problem and offered no other advice.
Any ideas?

Hi @Occupant ,
Thanks for your message and we're sorry to hear about the error you encountered.Connection issues could be caused by many different reasons.
Is it just TeamViewer not connecting or other software/browsers are also struggling with the internet connection? As instructed by the article
, please update TeamViewer to the newest version on both sides of the remote connection.
If you use a firewall, please make sure the TeamViewer ports aren't blocked:Let us know how it goes and if you need any further help.
