Please help me resolve "Cannot process request as customer is blocked due to overdue payment!"

I planned to pay invoice in a few days, but suddenly subscription reset to "Free" and now i cannot pay. Chat support doesnt respond.

I cannot contact support team because my version is "Free" now and the only thing i can do is to write here. Chat is ignoring me. I cannot open a ticket.
