trouble with TeamViewer's unattended access

I'm having trouble with TeamViewer's unattended access. I've set up unattended access on the remote Windows 10 computer, but I'm still being prompted for manual approval. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps I could find. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
