Mac not showing TeamViewer ID or Password

I have TeamViewer installed on both a Mac and a PC.

I want to control the Mac from the PC using a LAN.

currently the PC shows me the ID and Password but the Mac doesn't.

Incoming LAN Connections is set to 'Accept", Random Password is set to '6 Characters' and 'Generate new' after each session.

I have tried disabling the random password as well as setting a custom password with no luck.

I have also made sure the security settings on the Mac allows TeamViewer access to 'Full Disk Access', 'Accessibility' etc.

In the bottom left hand corner of TeamViewer it says 'Not Ready. Please check your connection' but it is definitely connected to the LAN - I've checked this by controlling in the other direction and it works fine.

Mac is running BigSur

Any ideas?
