TV on android works fine EXCEPT... for after a reboot/restart

like it says, i can wake it from lock, do all the stuff i need to do… however if the android tablet reboots, then it is like the TeamViewer agent does not start working until i login to the device. no need to start the app, i just need to login.
Which kind of gets in the way of the whole "unattended access" thing.
Android 11, Lenovo M8 tablet, using the TV app for mac on my computer.
Has anyone run into this? did you find a solution? i am running on a trial enterprise version and have engaged support. they are not sure why it is not working.

Seems that this is an android security root access thing. on a full reboot, the passcode needs to be physically entered at the device. from there, no issues
