I DEMAND THAT YOU CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND STOP RENEWING ME WITHOUT NOTICE. YOU CLAIM TO SEND ME NOTICES BUT I NEVER RECEIVE THEM. THEN WHEN I GET THE CHARGE AND TRY TO CANCEL YOU TELL ME THAT I HAD TO CANCEL 28 DAYS PRIOR. YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO ME PREVIOUSLY WITH A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT AND IN THAT INSTANCE, NO NOTICE WAS EVER RECEIVED. THIS INDICATES A DECEPTIVE PATTERN. I REFUSE TO PAY YOUR RENEWAL FEE FVOR A SERVICE I HAVE NOT USED FOR 3 YEARS.

I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE US FTC.

    If you do a BBB search or pretty much anything to with teamviewer issues you will find this to be their go to move. And if you refuse to pay they turn you over to collections. I tried to cancel on the day of renewal , before they renewed and tried to reach anyone that cared. I am currently opening a case with the Indiana Attorney General because you must give a min of 30 days notice before renewal (they did not). I paid $[removed per Community Guidelines]for something I had not used in months and will not use again (changed to [removed per Community Guidelines] with our[removed per Community Guidelines]). Here is the absolutely laughable response I got in email. They were unable? even though no service had been used or will be used? This kind of evergreen contract is illegal most places and that makes them scammers and charletins. Oh and I posted here about it and the post is gone… so cowards standing in defense of the indefensible too.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the current invoice as it was terminated outside of the policy.
