I DEMAND THAT YOU CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND STOP RENEWING ME WITHOUT NOTICE.  YOU CLAIM TO SEND ME NOTICES BUT I NEVER RECEIVE THEM.  THEN WHEN I GET THE CHARGE AND TRY TO CANCEL YOU TELL ME THAT I HAD TO CANCEL 28 DAYS PRIOR.  YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO ME PREVIOUSLY WITH A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT AND IN THAT INSTANCE, NO NOTICE WAS EVER RECEIVED.  THIS INDICATES A DECEPTIVE PATTERN.  I REFUSE TO PAY YOUR RENEWAL FEE FVOR A SERVICE I HAVE NOT USED FOR 3 YEARS.  
I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE US FTC.
