System upgraded and the old TV info is now diferent

I am a casual user of Teamviewer for my various computers at home and the rare time I may help a friend or relative. I recently upgraded my old game PC from Intel to AMD so I could install Windows 11. The upgrade went smoothly booting from the original Intel based M.2 drive and all my apps are still there. The old PC was set up for access from my main PC whenever the old PC is powered up. With the hardware change, however, the TV ID of the rebuilt PC has changed. I am able to connect by starting a session with the new ID and generated password. How do I get my main PC to see the new TV ID so I can access it without getting a new password every time? Can the old PC ID be removed from TV and the new one added?
