I hope this email finds you well. Yesterday on Dec 16th 2024, I purchased the licensed version of TeamViewer Remote Access and successfully completed the payment. I have also received the payment confirmation and receipt. However, I have not yet received any activation email, even after checking my inbox, spam, and other folders thoroughly.
Could you please check this issue and assist me in resolving it? If you require any further details, such as the payment reference number or receipt, I would be happy to provide them.

Experienced worst customer support through chat and calling their support number, they simply disconnecting and not even answering simple question.
