Could you please explain to us what you mean by "Register"?
For example, if you would like to create a TeamViewer account, please follow the instructions in our article Create your account.
If you would like to sign in with your account in TeamViewer to establish a remote connection, you will need this article: Sign in with your account
Here is also an additional article on providing attended remote support.

It can happen that the reception of trusted device's emails is delayed. If you have not done it yet, please check your spam and junk folder to see if the trusted device email is in there.
Also, if possible, we invite you to add the TeamViewer domain to your email server-allowed list like this:Â *.teamviewer.com
Please give it another try when you return, and let us know if you still not receiving the trust device email!
