Licence changed from corporate to free from one day to another

I bought a Teamviewer 6 licence in 2011 and did some upgrades with the passing of time, but today it's showing that I don't have licence anymore. I've tried to re-activate my old license number but got a message error. TeamViewer is critical for our business and I really need your help here.

    Welcome to our Community and thank you for the details provided.

    According to the January 2021 announcement:

    • TeamViewer versions up to version 10 are no longer able to connect to our servers
    • The complementary use of TeamViewer version 15 for customers with old licenses (v10 and below) would end according to the dates informed in the announcement.
      If the complementary use has ended, a subscription plan is required to keep using version 15.
