I have one device that keeps going offline according to TeamViewer, but is online for everything else. Today it says "last online 3 days ago" Yesterday it said "Last online 3 days ago" Today, Teamviewer support says that it is online today" Support cannot explain the inconsistency or provide any form of support other than tell me to go to the remote device and troubleshoot. Its a five hour drive. Has any else experienced this and found a solution?
