Could you give us more details on how you are connecting to your clients at the moment?
With TeamViewer, it is possible to set up attended (must have someone on the partner side to accept the connection) and unattended access (allows the connection to the partner side at any moment without partner approval).
Which of these two connection types you would like to optimize for your business?
