Hello Teamviewer
I have a Desktop PC with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with Teamviewer Host installed.
The Teamviewer is manage by our company account. All sleep and lock options in Ubuntu is disabled and the PC never goes to sleep. It has a HDMI Dongle as a Fake screen to keep the system alive without a physical monitor.
Wayland is disabled.
Before disabling Lock in Ubuntu I got the Authentification Rejected every time the Machine was locked, so I disabled it.
But if the PC has been idle for some time, I suddenly can't access it via Teamviewer, and I get the "Authentification rejected" error again and again.
I just tried to connect a real monitor to the system in mirror mode together with the dongle and it was connectable right after from Teamviewer, no restart was needed.
Can I see the reason for Authentification Rejected error somewhere? The logs seems useless.
It is a shame that we have to have a secondary PC to restart the Machine everytime we need to get access via Teamviewer
