This error message occurs when the action executed exceeds the license features limitations. The default Corporate license comes with the following features: TeamViewer Corporate You can also double-check your invoice to confirm whether additional add-ons were purchased. If you prefer, you can contact our support team directly via ticket or phone to clarify the limits on your license plan and help you with the set up of this new user.
