I subscibed for the free 30 day trial of the business account and then I canceled my subscription. Now I am being charged for the whole year by Creditreform Göppingen Engelhardt KG. I received an email I should pay the full amount until april 29th. In their email, it is writen I should only contact them but I sent an email 5 days ago because I can't find a way to make the payment with the options they sent me and I reeived no answer! Can someone please help me?
