Have any of you had any luck getting remote support working for devices updated to run OneUI 7?
We are seeing an issue pop up throughout our fleet. Devices running the previous version of OneUI 6 work as intended.
Quick support is updated to current and launches support sessions just fine. Screen sharing works, however the tech can't control the device.
This is happening even with the Universal add-on installed an enabled.
