Dear TeamViewer Support,
I am writing to report an issue regarding my TeamViewer subscription status.
I recently received an email notification stating that my TeamViewer subscription is scheduled to automatically renew on May 31, 2025. This indicates that I should have an active paid license associated with my account.
However, when I use the TeamViewer application, it currently indicates that I have a "Free license" ("Ingyenes licenc" in Hungarian). As a result, I am unable to access the features corresponding to my paid subscription level.
Could you please investigate this discrepancy and ensure that my paid subscription is correctly activated on my account? I believe I have already paid for the service, or at least, the renewal notice implies an active, paid status.
Please let me know if you require any further information from my side (such as my account email address or license key) to locate my account and resolve this issue promptly.
