I have tried to uninstall and re-install Teamviewer but all I get to see is this.
How do I get passed this point and use the personal account I have created?

Sorry to hear that you are facing this error while starting TeamViewer.

As I said, I've tried re-installing the application. The network is working fine, I'm able to access this site to leave this message.

We would like to let you know that we checked your case internally, and TeamViewer for personal use and commercial use are not supported for the same account as well as the TeamViewer ID.
We would advise Creating a new TeamViewer account that is not linked with the old license and submitting the reset form explaining that your device IDs are no longer being used commercially.
