I've had the message "Sorry, your trial licence has expired" for 2 weeks and there seems to be no way of returning to my "Private" Free user status.
I originally took the trial with a premium subscription to see if improved the service or provided some additional functions when accessing an Android device, but the results were the same and I don't see the value in paying a premium for this service. Now I can't get back to my private/non-commercial status.
I've already registered my device 3 times using the "Reclaim your free version" webpage, but this hasn't worked after a couple of weeks of attempts.
