I am experiencing a problem during TeamViewer sessions. When another person connects to my computer (a 2019 MacBook Air running the Mac version of TeamViewer), they are unable to use:
- The scroll wheel on their mouse to scroll pages up and down
- Their trackpad/touchpad to navigate vertically and horizontally (scroll)
This makes several tasks impossible because some windows require scrolling to access options.
Could you please let me know:
- Is this a known limitation with TeamViewer for Mac?
- Is there any specific configuration or setting required on the Mac side or on the client’s side (for example, enabling mouse compatibility mode, macOS accessibility permissions, etc.)?
- Do you have any procedure to resolve this issue?
