If you are not using internet, but simply working in LAN, you can use TeamViewer only in LAN by following the instructions of this article: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/remote-control/use-teamviewer-remote-in-lan/
If you are using internet within your envionement, you can simply set up unattended access on the computer in the vehicle garage and connect to it anytime. To do so, please follow the instructions of this article: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/remote-control/provide-unattended-remote-support/
